24 Hours Emergency Water Extraction

RCS trained technicians will assess your water damage and determine the best course of action.  The water is extracted using truck-mounts. Our industrial-strength equipment allows us to remove the maximum amount of water in the least amount of time.  Wet padding is removed and discarded due to its ability to act like a sponge and lock in moisture.  Any remaining water on the sub-floor is removed at this time.  The baseboards and the affected carpeting are treated with an anti-microbial to retard the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.

Turbo air movers and dehumidifiers are placed in your home to maximize airflow and humidity removal. We can often save your would floors utilizing state of the art floor drying panels. We also dry under the kitchen cabinets so they do not need to be removed.  Without these tools, moisture can remain trapped within walls, cabinetry, wood flooring, and carpeting.

Our technicians will monitor moisture levels using moisture analysis to verify that the drying of your home is successful.  Once moisture levels are back to normal, the drying equipment is removed at that time.
