We at RCS have been in the emergency business since 1975 and are committed to remaining on the cutting edge of technology, as it evolves. Our employees are certified in many areas through the IICRC and ASCR for Mold Remediation, Water Damage, Sewage Contamination, and contents inventory and cleaning/restoration. We utilize state of the art ultrasonic tank for cleaning damaged contents and we have our own electronics cleaning center utilizing state of the art cleaning equipment.
RCS has results orientated Project Managers with hands on customer service, we can be reached by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. RCS has in-depth knowledge of working with all insurance companies and insurance policies. We hold fourteen certifications with the IICRC (#28503) and have been textile inspectors for the IICRC for six years for carpet and flooring products in the past. We are also certified Oriental rug specialists in identification of more than 120 types of rugs with the ASCR.
